This Syrah rosé wine is typically made in the 'Saignée Method', purely from the Syrah variety. It has a brilliant ruby-red hue and notes of ripe red berries, hibiscus and, occasionally, a tinge of allspice, white peppers and green olives. The intense fruity aromas are remarkable, mostly calling to mind the essence of raspberry and strawberry. The taste is medium-full, with pleasurable harmony and a sweet finish.
